BCmon problem on cm 12.1

hi every one
since install cm 12.1 based on android 5.1.1 and my bcmon.apk dos not work ! :crying:
any one have idea about this ?
can i flash kit kat kernel on this rom ? i think this kernl have some problem ! :confused:
