So this is just a heads up to people with lg v10 it's not as reliable as they say it is. When I bought mine the store didn't have any cases in her so I bought the $45 tempered glass screen. My phone slipped out of my pocket on a cold concrete floor and the screen cracked. So I peeled off the tempered glass screen and realized there was no damage to the tempered glass screen but all the damage was on my phone screen. How ducked up is that and it don't pay to fix because Verizon's insurance plan wants me to pay $150 what the **** is that **** I didn't even pay that much for the phone yet.
