I've preloaded the ROM with tweaks, but if you feel that it is still laggy, just flash this

How to flash:

(Philz Touch Recovery is recommended to flash CyanogenMod 12.1 based ROMs)
Goto wipe>clean to install ROM
Goto install>select exodus.zip
Goto install>select you favorite set of gapps.zip
Goto wipe>wipe dalvik cache
Reboot.

Q&A:
Q: Internal storage is not present at file manager
A: In order to make sdcard as the default storage, I need to remove the emulated storage(which is the internal, our device doesn't use emulated storage)
Q: App corrupting when moved to sdcard
A: Again, it has something to do with storage
Q: How to use Xposed and greenify ?
A: Flash supersu.zip first. Then, extract the link given in this post, then boot to recovery and flash the xposed-v67-sdk22.....zip and reboot. Go to the extracted then install Xposed.apk and greenify.apk.
Q: What is Greenify for ?
A: Freezing apps when not in use. This is very useful. Hibernate the apps installed from play store. This ROM has poor ram management
