Help with Gear Manager please

Did anyone experienced that on almost all sub menus Gear Manager returns to main menu. I did reinstall software few times and no change. I'm not sure if it happened after Gear Manager update or Oculus app for Gear VR mandatory update. I would prefer not to restore my phone to factory state if there is another way. So far Samsung support has no solution for that.
