ISO ROM or app that can invert blacks & whites(not racial) for optical nighttime ease

I remember seeing some browser, dolphin maybe, do this but I want it system wide if possible. Currently using "cf. lumen" which makes screen redder, along with a screen dimming app but I would like to go all the way and invert colors inverting black/white shades. Anyone know? Thanks
