I want to update to the new viper rom with marshmallow but i need to update the firmware from 2.10.401.1 -> 3.35.401.12. i have found no good way to do this. i've tried htc's RUU but it gave me a invalid customer id error (maybe because im a tmobile user and i was trying to use the unlocked/developer version of the ruu?) i tried setting my phone to s-off so i could just download and install the firmware manually but i didn't want to pay $25 for sunshine and i didn't find any other way to set S-off that didn't look like it would break my phone. is it possible to some how install the firmware with twrp with out S-off?
