Missing feature ? How to view data usage within a specific date interval ?

What happened to this feature ? Where are those bars now (see attachement). It was really useful... It simply seems to be gone in M.

*I don't know how, but while navigating my phone, my friend was able to toggle this feature for a single moment. Then, BOUM, away again ?!?*
