Motorola atrix stuck on bootanimation and keep rebooting

I have motorola atrix hd . but he is show boot animation and stuck on boot animation and keep restrating. i tried hard reset and flashed stock rom but phone not turn on keep restarting. any on have a idea . please help! :(
