[ROM] [B137] Stock Rooted No Encrypted Boot

Here is a stock rooted B137 ROM with a Decrypted (not encrypted) boot.img Thanks to the HRT Team for the ROM. Do a factory reset in TWRP then flash.

Here are the Play Store and Google Contacts Sync folders. You can just place the GoogleConatctsSyncAdapter folder in your system/app folder and place the Phonesky folder in your system/priv-app folder, set permissions and reboot. Then you will have the Play Store and Google Contacts Sync working.
