I bought a SM-G9280 (dual simcard) in China. I want to use it without having Google (play store and such) blocked.
What I want to do is change the firmware so that all the default apps are in English and the restrictions set by the phone (ie. app blocks) are gone. I have already unlocked the phone. Do I then download the firmware from sammobile and then root the firm via instructions from http://ift.tt/1JvjfeF
Will this work? Thoughts?
