Can't flash firmware on Verizon Moto E (Fail Messages)

I have a Verizon Moto E [XT1528] and it came with Android 5.1
I want to downgrade to 5.0.2 to get Band 12 since I am not able to get a 4G connectivity in my area
Whenever I try to flash Android 5.0.2 I keep getting failure messages
Preflash Validation Failed
Remote failure
FAILED

I really need help to downgrade please help me
