I just want to share the problems I'm having with the HTC 10. I had to return it last week, because a top portion of the touch screen didn't register any touch at all. After a two weeks at the repair center, today I received it with that issue fixed, but with the little surprise that the capacitive buttons don't light up, there is no light at all!!! I talked to an agent and she told me to install an update to check if that helps. But I'm afraid I'll have to return it again.
Now I ask, where is the quality control in that company given the fact that the phone is $700? This is my first HTC, I bought it because of the DAC but man I'm very disappointed :mad:
