HTC Desire 816 Battery Issue

My battery on my htc is draining fast I think it went from 100% to 83% percent in like 20 minutes is this normal? I have disabled everything that I'm able to disable on this phone but once it gets to 70% the drainage kinda slows down

FYI i just got this phone so I don't have lots of apps
My phone is rooted with Marshmallow
