HU Boots twice when paired to Bluetooth OBDII

Hi all, my system works great except for one small problem. Bluetooth works with my phone and other devices, however when I connect an OBDII adapter after coming out of sleep or when booting up it seems to do it twice. I get the boot animation come up, then the home screen shows for about one second where I can operate the device then the boot animation comes up again. After the second bootup everything works fine, including Torque. Any thoughts?
