I rooted my lg exceed 2, Then I unlocked the boot loader. Then I hit something had to format. Now the phone is stuck in qd loader mode. I need the dll file for the vs450pp I searched the internet but wasn't able to come up with anything. If Anyone knows how to come out of qd load mode or where to get the dll it would be greatly appreciated THANKS!
