Need to buy Kyocera DuraXE e4710, can't find it anywhere, please help!

I need to buy a kyocera duraxe e4710 (kyoceramobile. com/duraxe/) preferably unlocked version. I'm in California, but I can't find it on any online stores even eBay. Could someone possibly help me finding it?
