I have an android device here that I don't want to root it.. I'm just trying to erase what ever custom firmware it has and perform a complete factory reset to the original android OS.
I found the support website.. but their website won't let me access the ROM images to push to it for a factory restore.. Can anyone offer any suggestions or help?
