I have a dual core unit with 1GB RAM, the speed is nothing be excited about but it does get the job done. I want to upgrade. I wanted 5.1.1 because additional features, USB MIC support, ect, however they only come with 1GB RAM much like my Dual Core unit does.
Is the difference between the dual core and quad core enough to offset the heavier O.S. of 5.1.1 or do they run at about the same speed?
