Touch bug on CM13/Non-Stock 6.0 roms

Hi I wanted to learn more about this bug present but could not find any info about it anywhere. Will this bug be solved once motorola releases our 6.0 source code or something?

Currently it is affecting following apps
Mini Militia
Local Warfare Portable
Firefox(strange and weird scrolling)
