Best ROM for reliability and performance

Hi,

i have nexus 7 2012 (16gb) tablet and it is very slow. (It run Last update of stock ROM)

Do you know what is the best ROM for reliability and speed ?

I don't need features. I use my tablet only for YouTube, opera and dlna remote. If you know the best ROM and/or best settings let me know.
