How to upgrade from CM13 snapshot -> COS 13

Hello everyone,

I'm currently on cm13 20160419 - Snapshot, and I'd like to change to the latest COS 13 (cm-13-ZNH0EAS2JK-bacon-build1 with 692 MB might be a full image).

Which steps do I have to take, to change to COS 13?
