Viber issue

Hello everybody, for about a month i've been having some problems with a Viber. My issue is when i make calls the person on the other side only hears mumbling and cant understand a word what i am saying, but I hear them them perfectly fine. My friend said that i sound like a drunk chipmunk lol. This only happens on Viber. Other application and the phone is working fine. I tried uninstalling and installing Viber few times and nothing happens.
I am runnung a stang5liter 3v.
Please help.
