D800 roms to d802 Patch (MM) (Cm) (Aosp)

Hi all.

Im d802 owner, and sometime devs give roms, o preview only for d800 (thank devs anyway for supporting our phone).
So, i ve reworked a file zip made some time a go by @blastagator, that simply convert d800 rom to d802.
Ps: I m not English, im Italian, so sorry for some errors i will try to write the best i can.

Downloads:

Choose the right zip:
For Cm based roms: Mega
For Aosp based roms: Uploading


First of all, you have to edit the updater script of the rom that you wanna try, to allow Twrp to flash it.

You will need:

Zip viewer (personally i use 7zip)

Step 1:
-Extract rom.zip to any folder;
-Navigate to META-INF\com\google\android\
-Open updater-script and replace this 2 lines (change d800 with d802)

-Repack rom.zip without compression and in .zip extension
-Copy to your phone

Step 2:
-Backup your current ROM
-Backup EFS (higly suggested)
-Flash Rom.zip to your phone
-*****Flash D800 to D802 patch (WARNING: If you dont do this right after the flash of d800 rom, you will softbrick your device; you can recover it by simply go into recovery)
-Flash gapps
-Enjoy! :D
-***** choose the right one, for Aosp or Cm based Roms.

Whats in Zip:
- Cyanogen Mod Kernel in Cm version
- LiquidDark in Aosp version
- System Files from Cm\Aosp
- A script from the mighty @blastagator rewrite in some point by me.
