1.Wipe All
2.Flash Flyme *you get first Failed*
3.Reboot to recovery
4.Flash Flyme *without Wipe*
5.Mount System
6.Reboot
7.Wait to system fully boot(approximately 5-15 min)
8.Go to recovery
9.Flash Gapps Pico
10.Mount System
11.Reboot
