[G930f] how to flash back to stock ?

hello,
i rooted my galaxy s7 [G930f] from here http://ift.tt/21bNagl

now i want to flash it back to stock firmware

how to return back ?
is flashing stock rom from samfirmware with odin enough for that ?
or just flashing stock rom from samfirmware may bring my set to bootloop ?

need help plz
