GPS working?/Features disabled?

Hello,

I plan on buying an GSM unlocked s6 active on ebay, as it's not available in my country. (Europe, Austria)

Will the GPS performance suffer if I buy it from the US & use it in Austria? GPS is the most important thing for me. (Ingress)

Also, can someone tell me if there are any missing features if not used with an at&t sim card? I've read that call forwarding is disabled then.
