So this is the second phone in as many weeks that has gone to sleep and has not woken up. no lights. plugging it in does nothing. I am not rooting it. The only common denominator here is a piece of sofware i am installing to remove the bloat. that app is Package Disabler Pro. I installed this app on both phones and both phones ran 2-3 before they would not wakeup. I went and bought the jig but that is not going to arrive for a few days. I am still able to return this phone. Would the micro sd not being compatible cause this (samsung pro 64GB) or my network sim? I am with Koodo.

Any ideas? Anybody.................
