Dear all,
The debate over the lack or expandable storage in the Nexus line of devices has been long and many times controversial. Some users learned to live with the situation, some jumped ship, but most are still not happy with the explanations that Google gave over time.
But Android 6 came along and with it the nice feature of adoptable storage which can give any device the blessing of expandable storage without the drawbacks mentioned by Google and others.
So what are your thoughts about the matter? Do you thing that the next iteration on Nexus devices will come with a microSD card slot? Could we do anything to convince Google about the usefulness of this feature?
Thanks!
PS: After using 2 Nexus devices in the past 3-4 years, I cannot be any happier with a 64GB card. But I miss the openness of the Nexus and my next device (when the time will come) will 100% be a Nexus if the card slot would be present.
