update problem?

Hey everyone I recently bought double dine pure Android head unit about 2 weeks ago, it has version 4.2 and the guy off ebay I ordered it from sent me the upgrade files to 4.4.4 kitkat and during the update it reset itself only to come back showing a pure white screen that fades into a bunch of colorful vertical lines. I have searched everywhere on this site trying to unbrick it or get into recovery mode but I notice that everyone has knobs that you push and all my has is just 6 bottom buttons, The brand is as it says on the paperwork is Tocado or Aback and I cant find the specific model number on the device but the paperwork says it could be TC610, TH8681-TH8387, or H8686 so as you can see im lost any help would grealty appreciated they said I could pay $40 to send it back and have them repair it or reinstiall the firmware I can if needed but its such a hassle, Here is some pics to hopefully help its just stuck there and its not the screen being broken i ts something in the firmware.
