zte z7 mini stuck on andriod loads- please help!!

hi,

updated the phone to "miui_z7mini_rogue_6.4.15_d78ed7fc0c_4.4.zip" update miui rom.
when the phone first booted up it stuck on the andriod screen.

please help!
