Help needed for phone lag

I understand i could be the odd one out here but i am experiencing lag and slowness after few hours of usage and i am forced to restart my phone every few hours. I understand this shdnt be happening but thats what i am experiencing.

Does anyone have this issue or am able to advise?

I am on L29C636B180...

Please let me know any info which needs to be furbished for diagnosis and troubleshooting.
