need help: porting Cyanogen Mod

Hello,

I'm trying to port Cyanogen mod to my china phone, but I'm stuck.
First I followed the build tutorial until (including) "2.6 Download the source code" to get the dev environment set up: http://ift.tt/1lon9uK

Next I followed this tutorial: http://ift.tt/1vn4AHg

now I'm stuck at: "To build only the recovery, set up lunch as with a regular build, and say make recoveryimage"

How do I set up lunch?
