I want to use it as a remote control with Yatse, controlling Kodi on my TV. So I want to leave it by the couch, always on.
Does the Fire OS let me do this, or will it auto turn off in 20 min? Is there a fix for it, if this is the case?
I will def be installing Google Play Services. I can also install CM12 if needs be, as I don't need bluetooth or camera, which seems to be the only CM12 issues right now.
For the $35 Amazon deal right now, i figured this is cheaper than most universal remotes I can buy on the market.
