I have an at&t galaxy s4 sgh-1337 giving me problems. Ingress freezes then shuts down about every 10 mins, Its the only app that does it. It still has 4.2.2 as it wont update. If i try to update it will download it but when it reboots it has a yellow triangle and a message saying something about unauthorized software. Maybe Ingress crashes because its an old android version?.. Can anyone help me to figure out what is going on here, maybe how to get it to update, maybe diagnose Ingress freezing and crashing.
