Firstly please follow the guide on how to flash 703L ROMs onto your 702L here:

After flashing your "About Device" will show mostly wrong info but the next step below will rectify it.
After rebooting and ensuring the 703L ROM is running fine on your 702L, go into BOOTLOADER mode and do:
"fastboot flash cust CUST.img" ---- the "CUST.img is extracted from your stock B003 (702L) UPDATE.APP ROM file.
For example I flashed stock B106 onto my 702L and then rooted it and installed Kang_5.1.1_twrp as well so that I can make backup of my phone whenever I flash anything new. The "About Device" will show that it's a B106 but the Android version will show 4.3 and EMUI 2.0 etc mostly wrong info. Also the Dual SIM selection of 3/4G will not be working anymore.
After I flashed the CUST.img from the stock B003, not only the "About Device" show the right info indicating Android 5.1.1 and EMUI 3.1 (the build info will show B003 but it's ok) now I got back my Dual SIM selection of 3/4G !!!
