LG LEON LTE metroPCS after 5days doesn't make calls anymore !

I unlocked lg ms345 from metroPCS via app using paid service,phone was working normal for 5 days, but now it doesn't make calls anymore !!
does metroPCS bann them somehow ? is there a resolution ?
