Bluetooth problem in Lollipop-based ROMs

When I watch YouTube videos with my bluetooth speaker connected to the tablet while running Lollipop-based ROMs like KatKiss and Zombi-POP, the video would speed up and the audio is also distorted. The problem has been partly resolved after I enabled AptX codec

I wonder why it's not enabled by default in these ROMs.

The problem still happens occasionally. I wonder if modifying Bitpool will help. If so, how can that be done?
