High Time without signal even it's always connected to network with a full bar E500H

I have a weird reading on cell standby, always when I put my phone to sleep, The time without signal percentage increase, even that it'll ring if someone calls and recieves messages, So it's a reading error, and there is no battery drain, but it's annoying does anybody has this?
I'm on KitKat official
PS: I've downgraded from the official Lollipop, dont know could this be the problem like a baseband or something like that?
