My SO and I just got 2 6P's, but my SO is getting much, much better battery life than me.
We're both running stock 6.0.1. She gets about 4.5-5 hrs Screen-On-Time (SOT), whereas I'm getting around 2.5 hrs SOT. Similarly, when plugged in, her phone enters the "charging rapidly" mode and charges from 10% to 100% in about an hour, whereas mine enters the "charging rapidly" mode and charges from 10% to 100% in about 2 hours! On her phone, the battery performance listing shows "Screen" as the top percentage. On my phone, the battery performance listing shows "Android System" as the top percentage, usually between 10-20% with screen always in the single digits.
I've looked at all the settings of both devices and everything is the same (data, networks, location services, etc.). The only difference between the phones is the apps we use. Additionally, she uses the stock Google launcher, whereas I'm using Nova Launcher.
Any ideas what can be causing this huge disparity?
Thanks in advance.
