Can't flash CM 12.1 on any recovery

Hi guys. I've been struggling for few days with updating my phone to 5.1.1 with cm 12.1 nightly. I'm currently running stock 4.4.4 with kingroot. I have xzdualrecovery by nut and can't flash any version of cm on any of my recoveries. Whenever I try to do so I ofc wipe factory, flash rom and get a log that says something about image being installed in another way and everything lasts about 10 seconds. After that I reboot and my phone gets stuck and reacts only with vibration while pressing power button. I think it's a hard brick but I managed to unbrick it like 5 times when I tried to flash cm by flashing stock firmware. Any solutions?
