Corrupted partition table, s-on, adb/fastboot drivers installed, need help pls

first of all happy holidays ,

i got a phone in front of me from a friend, who somehow managed to corrupt the partition table while still beeing s-on or he did the s-on stuff afterwards, idk.
anyways, the hard facts are , that cwm is installed but it can't mount anything cause of the corrupted partition table, and because of that i can't flash a (stock)rom

i tried rumrunner, but it didn't work
i also fiddeled around with adb commands and adb shell and fastboot commands

i got two working environments one vm ware with windows 7 with all the drivers installed and one with ubuntu

as far as i understand, to be able to fix the partition table i have to be s-off, but my problem is that i can't connect to a mode where any of the scripts would work.

it would be much appreciated and a really awesome christmas gift, if any of you guys could help me out fixing the emmc table
