grant an app write access to SD without it asking?

Hello, I know that for example Total Commander tells me I need to allow it to when I try to write or delete something on SD and it displays a system dialog to choose folder. But is it possible to allow any other app access to SD even if it does not have an option to show this dialog? For example a webdav server. If it's not possible then suggest me some other webdav server or similar type of app which would be able to write to SD. Thanks
