how to restore to tizen.

ok so i decided i wanted to try the android wear port. although it worked i want to now goback to tizen.

i booted the watch into download mode, clicked AP, added the file R750XXU1BOC1_R750OXA1BOC1_R750XXU1BNL8_HOME.tar.md 5
it went through and said PASS.

now the watch will not boot.

i saw the video on youtube and it said to flash tizen_backup.tar and sysdata.tar

the thing is; i am not sure where to find these files? i've searched online and cant find them.

help?
