Can someone please tell me is it possible to create a custom rom that contains ONLY the needed drivers for the appropriate hardware (probably extracted from a stock rom), google playstore and keyboard (or swiftkey if it's possible to preinstall before 1st boot). nothing else. This leads to my next question: for an example, if i don't have standard android calculator preinstalled, would a downloaded calculator work? or a phonebook, or dialer (or are there any apps that won't work)? I own a sony xperia m2 D2303 (rooted; bootloader - not unlockable) so that is the rom i would like to create. I would like to make the 4.4.4 rom, because it's way more stable than 5.1.1 on my model.
