My Tab 4 has been running fine for years.
Now when I try to add an App the Install responds with "insufficient storage"
I have 500mb free !!
Also my SD card (64g with 40g free) seems to be Read Only and cannot delete things like movies.
Yet if I attach my Tab 4 to my computer, with Windows Explorer I can delete any file.
An associate message talks about with KitKat 4.4 a change in security... Yet I am on 4.3
any ideas?
