Hello. I'm currently having a problem with my Lenovo A316. Recently, it is unable to be charged and I don't know why. The chargers. I've always seems to be working fine when I tried it on other phones. It's just this phone that's having problems. It's been for a few months. I didn't bother at first since it's a really low-feature phone but I thought it would be bad to leave it at that. Can someone please help me with how to fix it? A tutorial video or a step by step guide would be really nice. And also, if sending it to the repairs would be a good idea, how much would it usually cost ? is it costly ? If it's not, I would be sending it there then.
