LG-D685 with CWM in Bootloop

I got a LG-D685, and I've installed the CWM, for reasons I don't remember. Thing is, Lg has release a update, and to install the updates, the phone needed to restart in recovery mod.

Here's the problem: the CWM doesn't install the update, and every time I restart the phone, it turns on CWM again. Bootloop.

Please, help me. :(
