[Q]xperia z reboots after turning on, no led flas when booting up

So as the title sais above my xperia z turns right back on after turning it off and when booting no led flashes and im not sure if its in connection but i cant enter recovery mode as i am supposes to press Vol down when the led flashes green.
I honestly have no clue what to do with these issues any help is appreciated
