[UMI Fair] Stuck on activation screen

Hello guys i have a problem with my UMI Fair,it is stuck on activation screen,i cant skip wi-fi connection(select wi-fi network),i connect the phone to my home internet and press next,Checking connection after that is stuck on software update (checking for updates). I wait 2-3 hours and nothing...
