Hi, I needed to send my phone to LG for repair, but needed to unroot first, I did this using the LG flash tool.
All seemed to go well as I am able to update the firmware over the air, however when I sent the phone in, LG sent it back unrepaired saying it was rooted.
How would they know this and is there anything I can do?
